SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

This page describes how Mojo Verify sends SMS messages, how you can opt in and opt out, and provides compliance documentation for our A2P 10DLC messaging program.
1. Program Description
Program Name: Mojo Verify Identity Verification (KYC)
Messaging
Message Types: Transactional — one-time passcodes (OTP),
verification status updates, and secure identity verification links.
Sender: Mojo Verify (mojoverify.com)
SMS messages are sent only in connection with completing an identity verification session that you have initiated. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Mojo Verify when you complete the following steps on our registration or verification page:
- Enter your mobile phone number in the Mobile Phone Number field on the registration page.

By continuing, you agree to receive SMS messages from Mojo Verify related to completing your identity verification. Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per verification session). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. - Check the SMS Verification Messages consent checkbox in the "Your Consents" section. This checkbox is unchecked by default and requires your affirmative action.
- Click Create Account & Continue to submit the form.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any other Mojo Verify service. You may deselect phone verification to skip SMS messages entirely.

3. Message Frequency & Content
Message frequency varies. Typically 1–5 messages per verification session. Message types include:
- One-Time Passcode (OTP): A numeric code to verify your phone number ownership (e.g., "Your Mojo Verify code is 847291. Do not share this code.")
- Verification Link: A secure link to continue or complete your verification session (e.g., "Complete your Mojo Verify identity check: [link]")
- Status Update: A notification that your verification is complete or requires attention (e.g., "Your Mojo Verify identity check is complete.")

4. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation SMS and no further messages will be sent to your number.

6. Consent Recordkeeping
Mojo Verify records the following at the time of opt-in to maintain proof of consent:
- Timestamp and IP address of form submission
- User agent (browser/device) string
- Consent version identifier (tied to the disclosure text displayed)
- SHA-256 hash of the disclosure text presented to the user
- State of each consent checkbox at submission
- Phone number provided (E.164 format)
Consent records are retained for a minimum of 5 years.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Phone numbers collected during the opt-in process are used solely for identity verification purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Supported Carriers
Mojo Verify SMS messages are delivered via major US wireless carriers including (but not limited to) AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
